Little Elm's 633 Run is scheduled for Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Lobo Stadium, 1151 East Eldorado Parkway. Families can choose a one-mile fun run, a 5K or the longer 6.33-mile option, with a separate tactical division for eligible public-safety participants.
The useful planning detail is the early arrival window. Some registration-page cutoffs appear later than the listed race starts. Do not use those later times as permission to show up after your race has begun, y’all.
What does the 633 Run support?
The Little Elm ISD event page identifies the October 24 event and the Jerry R. Walker Memorial Scholarship. The race organizer, Playtri, says the run honors the fallen Little Elm police officer and supports the scholarship fund and Little Elm Education Foundation.
The 6.33-mile distance refers to Officer Walker's badge number, 633. The registration site labels that event “633M”; its description identifies the distance as 6.33 miles, not 633 meters. Check the actual distance when choosing a category.
What starts when?
Race option | Listed start, Central time | Published eligibility |
|---|---|---|
One-mile fun run | 8 a.m. | Playtri states no minimum age |
6.33-mile run | 8:15 a.m. | Ages 9 and older |
Tactical division | 8:15 a.m. | Law enforcement, public safety and first responders |
5K | 8:20 a.m. | Ages 6 and older |
The organizer gives a general event window of 8–11 a.m., but says the course closes at 10 a.m. for all participants. A general event end time does not promise extra time on the course. Both longer race distances are chip timed; the fun run is not.
There is another small labeling discrepancy: Playtri's schedule calls the 8 a.m. start “1K,” while its description, eligibility notes and RunSignup product call it one mile. Confirm the final fun-run course with the organizer rather than treating those distances as equivalent.
What are the listed fees?
The RunSignup event-price page displayed these U.S.-dollar charges per registrant when checked October 18, 2026:
Option | Race fee | Displayed signup fee | Our sum of the displayed charges |
|---|---|---|---|
One-mile fun run | $20 | $2.20 | $22.20 |
5K | $30 | $2.80 | $32.80 |
6.33-mile run | $40 | $3.40 | $43.40 |
Tactical division | $40 | $3.40 | $43.40 |
These sums are displayed-fee examples, not completed checkout quotes. RunSignup warns that the service fee may be slightly higher or lower per registrant. Any additional checkout tax or charge was not independently established. Verify the final payable amount for your actual entries before paying.
The organizer states no refunds or transfers. Its T-shirt guarantee required registration by September 29, a date that has passed. A new October registration should not be described as guaranteeing a particular shirt or size. Parking charges, if any, were not established in the reviewed instructions.
When and where is packet pickup?
Playtri lists Thursday and Friday of race week, 5–7 p.m. on October 22–23 at Little Elm Elementary, 2900 Hart Road, plus race-day pickup and late registration 6:45–8 a.m. at the race site. The reviewed text does not establish an exact school-door or pickup-room location; follow the current organizer instructions before going.
RunSignup lists 9 a.m. registration cutoffs for the 5K and longer open race, and an 11:59 p.m. cutoff for the tactical division. Those are after their starts and conflict with using them as practical arrival deadlines. Plan around the organizer's 8 a.m. late-registration window and your earlier race start, then confirm any unresolved deadline directly. We have not submitted an entry or reserved a place.
Can you bring a stroller, pet or scooter?
Playtri permits strollers to be safely integrated into the event, but prohibits pets on the 5K and longer course. It also prohibits participation on bikes, scooters and skates. These are race rules, not the general rules for every nearby park or trail.
The posted route includes Hart and Walker roads and returns to Lobo Stadium. That does not establish a complete traffic-closure or accessible-parking plan. Use the organizer's linked parking and course maps, and ask about the route or an accommodation if it determines whether someone can participate.
A family plan that fits the actual morning
Choose the distance and age category before buying entries, leave time for pickup and check the latest weather notice. The organizer reserves the right to change the schedule or course for safety and severe weather. A paid registration does not override those terms.
For a mixed-age family, make a supervision plan around the staggered starts rather than assuming every adult can run a different course at once. The Little Elm kids guide offers other local options, while our Johnny Broyles Nature Trail guide covers a separate ordinary outing. Neither substitutes for the race's route, registration or rules.
Sources and checks still needed
Playtri, RunSignup, the school district and the town event listing were checked October 18. Final fees, current availability, fun-run distance labeling, anomalous registration cutoffs, pickup-door details and any parking charge need confirmation. No attended race, completed checkout or measured route inspection is represented. The advance packet-pickup street address was separately confirmed with Playtri on October 19, 2026. Lobo Stadium remains the race-day location.
