Hillstone Pointe town hall October 26: Little Elm council may attend; no action planned

On this page

Little Elm has posted notice that a Town Council quorum may attend the Hillstone Pointe Community Town Hall on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 6 p.m. The listed venue is Providence Elementary School, 1000 FM 2931 in Providence Village. It is not Little Elm Town Hall.

The Town-authenticated notice says Town business and matters of general interest may be discussed, but no action will be taken. It was posted October 15. For Hillstone Pointe households, the immediate value is knowing the gathering’s place and purpose without mistaking it for a scheduled Council vote.

Save the venue with the date

Put the full school address in your calendar, rather than searching only for a Little Elm council meeting. The notice places a Little Elm-related gathering in Providence Village. A venue’s municipality and the authority attending it can be different.

Possible attendance does not promise a full council

The notice says a quorum may attend. It does not promise that every member will be there or identify a particular member as a guaranteed speaker. It also does not announce a final decision on a road, utility project, development application or neighborhood request.

Confirm the format before planning around it

The notice does not publish a detailed discussion agenda, resident eligibility rules, RSVP requirements, a livestream link or a public-comment procedure for this gathering. Those details need confirmation. Do not assume that a standard Council speaking form or a video link for another meeting applies here.

Use the Town’s official agendas page to reach the current archive and check for a revised notice before traveling. This article does not advertise unrestricted admission or place a neighborhood gathering in the public weekend-outings banner.

Request assistance ahead of time

The posted notice asks anyone needing disability assistance to call 214-975-0452 at least 48 hours in advance. For a Monday 6 p.m. start, that calculates to Saturday, October 24, at 6 p.m. Contact the Town earlier if possible; the notice does not establish weekend staffing hours or guarantee a late arrangement.

Keep questions tied to the actual service address

If you attend with a household service question, take the correct address and ask which agency handles it before assuming a city label settles the issue. Our Little Elm move-in guide explains the importance of confirming providers. The Little Elm kids’ guide covers outings separately; this notice does not establish childcare or children’s activities at the town hall.
